In the unlikely event of an emergency. The truth is, in life emergencies will happen; a loved one may get sick, your finances may fail, you may hate your job, or you may experience divorce. What do you do when your prayers seem to go unanswered? What happens when life slaps you in the face and wrecks your plans?
In John 16:33, Jesus gives us hope for life’s disasters, “see I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world.”

Every story has tension, a confrontation of good vs. evil. The tension builds and rises until the point where we can no longer handle the unknown. Fingers clenched white, breath suspended, eyes focused—the point where we all hope that good will triumph over evil.
Since the beginning of the world, tension has been mounting with a story of eternal conflict where in one sequence of events, all humanity comes to a halt—the cross and resurrection.
He willingly became the sin that separated us from God. His love for us was physically displayed by taking our death. When He knew that all had been completed, He breathed His last, declaring, “It is finished.”
His glorious resurrection triumphed over death. In that moment, His Spirit was set free in us, restoring our hope and forever redeeming the the human condition.
Beyond These Walls is a divine declaration toward the future of New Life Church. The purpose of our worship, generosity, and resolve is to see the goodness of God. Our vision cannot be contained within a building; it overflows and consumes all who surround it with the love of Jesus—a love in action.
